As Engineering Manager, you will lead and coach engineers (and other managers), collaborate with Product, Analytics, DevOps, Security, and Design, and stay hands-on with design and development. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, set quarterly and yearly goals, and ensure delivery of high-quality software while managing technical debt.

Requirements include strong communication, people management, and technical leadership; extensive hands-on software development experience with robust, high-volume systems; commitment to engineering best practices; ability to influence across organizational layers; experience with AWS, Java/Kotlin, GitLab, SQL, and Kubernetes; PHP and JavaScript experience is a plus.
