LumApps is a leading AI-powered Employee Hub that helps organizations transform how they communicate, collaborate, and engage with employees, partners, and customers. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Learning team and co-own the technical and product vision for the Learning domain. You will lead a high-performing team of about 10 engineers, drive platform security, scalability, and observability, and contribute to AI tooling and learning integration across the LumApps product.

You will lead a high-performing team of about 10 engineers, drive platform security, scalability, and observability, and contribute to AI tooling and learning integration across the LumApps product.
Since the Teach on Mars acquisition in 2023, we have focused on integrating platforms and moving toward consolidation and value creation, including a replatforming effort to elevate learning systems to LumApps’ quality standards. In this role you will sit at the intersection of platform engineering, product strategy, and people leadership, ensuring features are robust, extensible, and AI-ready. You will join a global engineering organization of 180+ people distributed across Europe.
Key responsibilities include: leading and growing a team of 10 engineers; translating product strategy into a technical roadmap; collaborating with Product Management and Product Experience; delivering high-quality features; improving engineering processes; driving adoption of modern engineering practices (feature flags, monitoring, tests); ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with a zero-bug policy; and working with cross-team initiatives.
What we’re looking for: 6+ years in software engineering; proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar; SaaS product development; strong understand
