RISE Services is seeking an Employment Program Manager to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment while providing day-to-day supervision and support to assigned Employment Specialists. This is a hands-on, working management position. You will maintain your own client caseload, provide services in community and workplace settings, coach staff, and step in when service coverage is needed.

What You Will Do - Help clients explore career interests, search for jobs, complete applications, prepare for interviews, and succeed at work. - Provide in-person job coaching, workplace training, and employment-retention support. - Build relationships with local employers and identify employment opportunities. - Supervise and coach assigned Employment Specialists, including observing services and providing practical feedback. - Coordinate staff schedules and client coverage, including providing backup services during absences or vacancies. - Complete accurate, timely progress notes and review staff documentation. - Monitor client progress, address service gaps, and follow up on staff performance concerns. - Communicate professionally with clients, families, employers, referral partners, and program leadership.

Schedule and Location The position begins part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time as caseload and staffing needs increase. Services are provided throughout Woodbridge, Dale City, and surrounding Prince William County communities, based on client and program needs. Regular local travel and in-person work are required.
