Education Sales Manager is a remote, full-time role based in the United States. You will deliver engaging education programs, technical training, and product demonstrations to distributor partners, salon professionals, and industry events. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop distributor educators to maintain consistent standards, and collaborate with leadership to enhance educational content and materials. Coordinate with international education teams to align product launches and training globally. Lead education sessions during sales meetings, product launches, regional events, workshops, and technical seminars. Work with sales teams to strengthen existing salon partnerships and support new business development. Serve as the primary technical expert for the education network, sharing product knowledge, color theory, and professional application techniques. Identify evolving educational needs, industry trends, and opportunities to improve learning across the territory. Maintain an active professional presence on social media to support initiatives and brand engagement. Travel extensively within the assigned region, including weekends and occasional travel to Canada and the Central United States, as required.
