This is an in-office, Atlanta-based role focused on strategy, measurement, and execution to drive growth across our listings, emails, social media, and campaigns. You will own graphic design, email design, and virtual flipbooks from concept to delivery; establish and enforce brand standards; and develop creative for organization-wide campaigns and community launches, lease-ups, and events. You will manage SEO end-to-end (keyword targeting, on-page optimization, local search, and content roadmap); conduct recurring site performance reviews and translate findings into fixes; own our ILS presence on Zillow, Apartments.com, and the broader syndication network; benchmark standing and hold providers accountable; track market trends and competitor positioning, adjusting strategy proactively. You will build dynamic, leadership-friendly reporting; analyze channel performance, cost per lead, and cost per lease; manage relationships across CRM and related tools; run proactive campaign management from gap identification to measurement and reporting; present findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.
