Binance is offering a 3-6 month internship through the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) for current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing digital assets space. The role focuses on data science for user growth, including segmentation, intelligent recommendations, and incentive optimization. You will build lifecycle models (LTV, churn, conversion) based on user behavior data, design and implement A/B tests to measure growth strategies, and apply machine learning and causal inference to improve retention and conversion. You will collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate modeling capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Requirements include pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; availability to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months; strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL skills; familiarity with models such as LR, GBDT, and DNN; exposure to recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning, or operations research is a plus. Nice-to-haves include data science competition experience, knowledge of large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink), and publications.
