Help e-commerce founders daily via email and video calls with accounting issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
Identify recurring problems and drive improvements to our solutions.
Collaborate closely with the onboarding automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
High self-motivation and results orientation (SMART goals).
Experience with DATEV (mandatory).
Interest in digitizing the accounting industry.
Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first.
Fluent in German and English.
