We are seeking a technically skilled Customer Success Engineer based in France to serve as the technical liaison between engineering, support, and customer success teams. In this remote role, you will help customers maximize the value of enterprise technology solutions by solving complex technical challenges, supporting implementations, and driving continuous improvements. You will own customer environments, with a focus on Apple device management and MDM solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable outcomes. This position suits a proactive problem-solver who combines strong troubleshooting with excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical partner and primary contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle, supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
Manage and troubleshoot Apple device management environments, including deployment, configurations, profiles, certificates, APNS, supervision identities, and device security.
Administer and optimize MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf) and related enterprise mobility technologies.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving applications, APIs, network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, device management, and system integrations.
Design and implement technical solutions, custom integrations, and automation workflows using Bash and Python.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to escalate issues, improve solutions, and advo
