Customer Quality Engineer (eBike Systems)

Our company, Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Kft., is a leading supplier to automotive and eBike manufacturers. We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will act as the local interface to the central quality management for the Bosch eBike Systems division and will handle plant-related quality topics in close cooperation with supplier quality assurance and engineering series support.

Key responsibilities: - Serve as the local interface to central quality management for the Bosch eBike Systems division. - Manage plant-related quality topics and collaborate with supplier quality assurance and engineering series support. - Actively participate in risk assessments conducted by development and purchasing quality. - Review and approve concessions; participate in FMEA reviews (serial phase). - Support locally managed simultaneous engineering (SE) teams. - Manage changes in quality assurance plans; verify and approve engineering changes from a quality perspective. - Verify and approve testing plans and engineering changes. - Support supplier quality management in technical matters and 8D processes with suppliers. - Serve as the first point of contact for clarifications regarding manufacturing 8Ds, 8D evaluation and effectiveness checks of implemented measures. - Participate in local 8D teams in case of design issues. - Serve as the primary contact for annual product requalification, quality reporting and delivery-blocking topics.
