Froehling & Robertson, Inc. (F&R) is seeking an experienced CMT Project Manager III to lead construction materials testing and special inspection services on large, complex projects. This role coordinates engineers, technicians, special inspectors, and sub-consultants to deliver results that exceed client expectations while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

What you’ll do: - Manage construction materials testing on projects involving soils, asphalt, concrete, and related inspections. - Adhere to budgets, maintain records, and ensure timely testing and inspections. - Coordinate communication with contractors and clients. - Supervise engineers, technicians, special inspectors, and subcontractors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely, high-quality client service. - Manage all phases from design through construction and close-out. - Review and approve pay applications and invoices related to project work. - Ensure all contracted inspections and tests are completed per contract documents. - Track profitability and schedule; address delays and communicate status. - Attend progress meetings and post-project reviews as needed. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships. - Complete follow-up contacts to ensure client satisfaction. - Mentor junior staff and oversee their development. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
