Serve as the organization’s headcount partner: manage position tracking, organizational structures, and data reconciliation for planning cycles. Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to monitor hiring velocity, attrition trends, and pipeline against targets. Coordinate financial operations with Finance and Administrative teams, including purchase requisitions, contractor spend, and out-of-budget approvals.
