About the role

Again is seeking a hands-on Brand & Product Marketing Manager to own our brand, product storytelling, and marketing execution as we scale. You will shape how Again presents itself across company messaging, product narratives, campaigns, content, and visual communications—working closely with leadership, our commercial team, scientists, and external creative partners. You will own and drive all brand and product marketing at Again as we move from deep-tech innovation toward commercial scale, building a strong, credible, and premium market presence for our products.

About the role

Again is seeking a hands-on Brand & Product Marketing Manager to own our brand, product storytelling, and marketing execution as we scale. You will shape how Again presents itself across company messaging, product narratives, campaigns, content, and visual communications—working closely with leadership, our commercial team, scientists, and external creative partners. You will own and drive all brand and product marketing at Again as we move from deep-tech innovation toward commercial scale, building a strong, credible, and premium market presence for our products.

Responsibilities

Define the Foundation: articulate and refine our identity, mission, vision, and values.
Campaign Development & Execution: craft strategic campaigns and tell compelling stories that build brand awareness and emotional connections with our audience.
Brand Consistency: create and enforce brand guidelines across touchpoints (logo usage, color palettes, typography, and tone of voice).
Crafting the Core Narrative: collaborate with Business Development and Sales to build narratives around our processes, end-user benefits, vegan credentials, and premium quality.
Developing Creative Assets: drive the creation of marketing materials, managing external designers.
Thought Leadership & PR: establish Again and our scientists as authoritative industry experts; draft white papers, opinion pieces, and Thought Notes, while connecting our story and products to leading industry op-eds, magazines, and websites.
Creative Direction for Science: act as art director for our scientific data; translate lab d
