Brand Manager – eCommerce and Brand Building

Mars is seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand equity and eCommerce growth for a defined pet nutrition portfolio. This role blends traditional brand management with an eCommerce-first mindset and reports to the Portfolio Marketing VP. You will lead end-to-end business performance, either owning a core brand segment or spearheading white-space growth through new product platforms and digital initiatives. You will drive share and category growth across channels, with a specific emphasis on pure-play and omnichannel retail partners, and you will connect cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and deliver on ambitious brand and eCommerce goals.

What you’ll do: - Own and grow a designated portfolio, delivering share, revenue, and profit objectives across the full marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). - Partner with Brand Directors and the Connected Commerce VP to develop and execute cohesive growth strategies that build brand equity while accelerating eCommerce performance. - Lead digital-first demand generation to drive brand awareness, traffic, conversion, recruitment, and household penetration. - Identify and pursue white-space opportunities, including new products, platforms, and eCommerce-centric offerings. - Collaborate with Sales Omni Activation Managers, Shopper Activation Managers, and the Marketing Operations team to build and execute integrated brand campaigns and omnichannel activations. - Translate consumer insights, eCommerce shopper
