The ASR will be the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts, including surgeons, oncologists, and genetic counseling groups, and will handle inbound inquiries, billing, order management, and support for Field Sales and internal teams. The ASR will manage key accounts, implement projects for optimization and retention, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving. Travel to field meetings is required.
