About the role

About the role

The Art Director, Creative Technology (GenAI) is a hybrid, individual contributor role at MGM Resorts International responsible for creating generative AI-based content across the company’s resort and product offerings, including imagery for lifestyle, architecture, food and beverage, entertainment, retail, and gaming, for use in original campaigns and full-funnel advertising across print, digital, social, and audio channels. The role blends traditional art direction on photo and video shoots with AI and GenAI content engineering to deliver premium, on-brand content.

Key responsibilities include: - Generative AI content creation across MGM offerings for use in original campaigns and multi-channel advertising (print, digital, social, and audio). - Photo and video shoot art direction: pre-production planning, on-set direction, set design, wardrobe, casting, and the fundamentals of lighting, composition, color, and motion to capture premium content. - Advanced technical execution: manage model selection, prompt engineering, and control techniques such as image/video conditioning, references, masks, LoRAs, fine-tunes, and iterative post-processing to production quality. - Brand strategy translation: convert brand briefs into AI-generated concepts that perform across audience segments and marketing funnels. - Prompt library and asset templates: build and maintain libraries, model references, and reusable content components to improve consistency and efficiency. - Campaign concepting support: assist with format-agnostic campaigns and exploration of new content platforms in colla
