Android Software Engineer is sought to build the native Android experience for KIRA's AI Neobank App. You will collaborate with product and design to deliver clean user flows, fast performance, and reliable mobile features used by real customers, with a focus on Kotlin-based development, modern Android architecture, and AI-enhanced experiences where they genuinely improve the user journey. Responsibilities: Build and ship Android features using Kotlin; Create smooth mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services; Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile flows are stable, secure and reliable; Improve app performance, crash rate, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage; Use analytics and production data to improve the product; Collaborate with design and product to simplify complex journeys; Apply on-device AI capabilities where they genuinely enhance the user experience. Requirements: 3+ years of Android development with Kotlin; Strong Android fundamentals and production app experience; Proficiency with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture; Strong mobile UX sense, edge cases, and user flows; Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues; Fast, accountable, with strong product ownership; Portfolio: app links, GitHub, screenshots or examples are a plus.
