Join KIRA as an Android software engineer to build the native Android experience for our AI Finance Agent. You will ship features using Kotlin, craft clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services, and work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys. You will integrate backend APIs to ensure stable, secure, and reliable mobile experiences, and you will focus on performance, crash reduction, fast loading, and memory efficiency. You will use analytics and production feedback to improve the product, and you will tailor AI-assisted mobile experiences only when they genuinely improve the user journey. Required qualifications include 3+ years of Android development with Kotlin, strong Android fundamentals, experience with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture, and a solid sense of mobile UX. Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues is essential; TensorFlow Lite on-device inference is a plus. The tech stack includes Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Coroutines & Flow, SQL/NoSQL, and TensorFlow Lite. This is a remote role based in Austria; English is the working language.
