Job Description: The Aftermarket Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role sells HVAC turnkey projects, equipment, replacement parts, and preventive maintenance contracts using a consultative approach to identify customer needs and deliver solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and lifecycle value. All activities follow company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and approval requirements.
