Job summary: Provide administrative oversight and staff supervision for the ACT program, coordinate client care among disciplines, and deliver direct client services. Responsibilities: - Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations; monitor staff productivity and client records for contract compliance, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement. - Provide client service coordination and case management with the treatment team to help clients meet basic needs and manage symptoms. - Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the treatment team. - Deliver direct client care and complete accurate, timely documentation to meet contract requirements. - Manage shifts in coordination with other staff; participate in on-call coverage. - Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed. - Provide field-based services as required by program and client need. - Maintain confidentiality of client care. - Participate in scheduled program meetings. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in a behavioral science with valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required. - Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance required. - Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred. - Cultural competency understanding required; bilingual skills prefe
