Process accounts payable invoices with accurate coding and timely payments.
Perform cash application by reconciling incoming payments with customer accounts and invoices.
Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Assist in preparing schedules and reports for internal review and external audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Romanian equivalency acceptable).
2–5 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries).
Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet deadlines.
