About the role

Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking an Account Manager, Gene Therapy for the Pacific Northwest to join the Sales and Qualified Treatment Center (QTC) Account Team. This on-site role covers Seattle and surrounding QTC accounts, driving utilization of Genetix’s approved gene therapies and educating healthcare professionals about disease states and treatment options. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with hospital systems, IDNs, and other stakeholders to identify eligible patients and enable therapy access.

About the role

Genetix Biotherapeutics is seeking an Account Manager, Gene Therapy for the Pacific Northwest to join the Sales and Qualified Treatment Center (QTC) Account Team. This on-site role covers Seattle and surrounding QTC accounts, driving utilization of Genetix’s approved gene therapies and educating healthcare professionals about disease states and treatment options. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with hospital systems, IDNs, and other stakeholders to identify eligible patients and enable therapy access.

Responsibilities

Deliver education and tools about Genetix’s gene therapies to QTC stakeholders, HCPs, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption.
Build and implement strategic account plans for assigned QTCs to advance patient identification, pull-through, and QTC activation.
Identify barriers within accounts and coordinate with Apheresis Operations, Patient Supply, Patient Educators, Market Access, Medical Affairs to deploy solutions.
Engage community-based HCPs focused on hemoglobinopathies to discuss disease state, unmet needs, and Genetix’s gene therapies.
Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts to onboard HCPs, apheresis, cell therapy labs, transplant coordinators, pharmacy, and reimbursement leads.
Provide customer insights and feedback to leadership on account trends, performance, and opportunities.
Develop and implement measurable business plans to achieve account objectives (e.g., patient starts and QTC activation).
