Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Director of Community Relations.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers and social workers, physician offices, clinics, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Ride-alongs with team members to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.
• Schedule meetings, conduct in-person visits to present services, and manage follow-up communications.
• Coordinate referrals with the intake team and serve as the liaison between community partners and internal staff.
• Represent Health Link at community events to raise awareness and expand the referral network.
• Manage your budget and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify and cultivate new referral partners.
• Maintain proactive communication, calendar discipline, and CRM logging.

Requirements

• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Customer success experience in a healthcare environment.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
