About the role

Compliancy Group is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our sales team in the United States. This role focuses on new logos, pipeline generation, and closing a high volume of healthcare compliance software deals. You will partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that new clients get off to a strong start. The position is remote, with occasional in-office meetings to collaborate, build pipeline, close deals, and celebrate wins throughout the quarter.

Qualifications: - 2+ years of managing the entire sales process - Strong track record of meeting quotas; top performer mentality - Experience with sales automation tools and a CRM (HubSpot) plus prospecting platforms (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; highly collaborative - Healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus - Strong time management and organizational skills
