About the role

Account Executive – On-site in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States. The Account Executive will be a key member of the UCX Sales team, responsible for achieving the assigned sales plan by generating profitable revenue growth through new business development and retention within the designated territory. About the role

Account Executive – On-site in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States. The Account Executive will be a key member of the UCX Sales team, responsible for achieving the assigned sales plan by generating profitable revenue growth through new business development and retention within the designated territory. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Credit, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver superior customer service and drive territory growth.

Key responsibilities: - Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales, gross profit, and gross margin goals for each product category by developing and executing a territory business plan. - Represent UCX in product program presentations, coordinate display placements, promote slow-moving inventory, and perform administrative tasks to support product categories through effective influencing and negotiation. - Provide accurate pricing and quotes for a wide range of flooring-related products. - Maintain positive customer relationships with direct visits, phone calls, texts, emails, and letters; involve internal departments as needed to ensure service excellence. - Manage accounts receivable within acceptable limits; assist the Credit and Claims teams in problem resolution; comply with information transmittal deadlines and related communications; uphold credit and claims policies. - Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments by providing timely, high-quality information and maintaining effective processes. - Develop new accounts by researching customer needs, produ
