Account Executive – United States, West Coast (Hybrid)

Neural Concept is seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop strategic customers and prospects and establish Engineering AI as the new standard for product development. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from identifying prospects to advancing opportunities, closing and expanding strategic customers. Working with a cross-functional team, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving engineering teams, IT, procurement and senior executives.

Account Executive – United States, West Coast (Hybrid)

Neural Concept is seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop strategic customers and prospects and establish Engineering AI as the new standard for product development. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from identifying prospects to advancing opportunities, closing and expanding strategic customers. Working with a cross-functional team, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving engineering teams, IT, procurement and senior executives.

Role and responsibilities: - Build and execute a territory and account strategy for selected engineering-driven companies. - Generate new opportunities through targeted prospecting, executive outreach, events and partners. - Develop relationships with customer stakeholders in engineering and IT. - Own the complete sales process from discovery and qualification through negotiation and closing. - Build executive sponsors across customer organizations. - Create compelling business cases linked to shorter development cycles, reduced effort and improved product performance. - Lead commercial proposals, negotiations and procurement processes. - Coordinate Solution Engineering, Product, Forward Deployed Engineers and leadership around strategic opportunities. - Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined opportunity management. - Represent Neural Concept at customer meetings, executive briefings and industry events.
