Product Manager, Cards & Rewards

Fasset is a regulated stablecoin-based neobank building the financial infrastructure for emerging markets. We are not a crypto app with banking features bolted on. We operate as a licensed financial entity using stablecoin rails to move and store money in markets where legacy banking is slow, expensive, or simply doesn't reach enough people. Our retail offerings include an investment app, virtual and physical debit cards, crypto-earning products, and stablecoin-powered cross-border transfers that settle in seconds. We hold regulatory licenses across our operating markets, which enables serious money movement with trust. We are scaling fast and building an AI-native product and engineering culture focused on speed, iteration, and shipping.

Cards are central to our growth: they are the most universal financial product, bridging crypto/stablecoin balances and spendable money. For us, a card strategy is essential to global expansion, with local issuance partners, scheme relationships, and a rewards program that matches local spending habits. The right cards drive daily active usage and strengthen platform stickiness. We are hiring across two levels for this mandate: Associate/Senior PM (up to 6 years of direct cards and/or rewards PM experience) and Lead PM (6+ years direct cards/rewards experience).
