Position: DevOps Engineer (OpenShift). Location: Hybrid - Italy. This role involves deploying and managing OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, contributing to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD), and automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. You will support application lifecycle management (build, release, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot), perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security, and operational standards. You will engage with clients and participate in technical discussions, workshops, and delivery sessions, developing a consulting mindset and collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams. Required qualifications include 3-5 years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles; experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker; CI/CD tools; Infrastructure as Code; cloud certifications (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud); experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments; monitoring and logging with Prometheus and Grafana; Git; Agile/Scrum; ITIL 4 or 5; Kubernetes/OpenShift/Cloud certifications are required.
