The primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements for our products and services.

Key responsibilities include: - Following a monthly rotating schedule (weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM) - Conducting sales appointments typically lasting about 2 hours - Attending weekly team meetings and training sessions - Guiding customers through a personalized one-call close sales process - Working with warm, pre-set leads (no cold-calling)
