The After Sales Representative will own the relationship with new restaurant partners to bring them online, working cross-functionally with Sales, Production/Operations and Account Management. Responsibilities: Onboarding new partners: coordinate and execute the onboarding process tailored to partners' needs, ensuring they are fully prepared to start taking orders efficiently. Setting them up for success: train, support, and guide partners on the best ways of working with Just Eat Takeaway, maximizing their business. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with teams across the sales journey to ensure a high level of collaboration and a great experience for new partners, including a smooth handoff to Account Management at graduation. Nursery Support: proactively support new partners during their first 28 days post-launch to resolve issues and accelerate growth through regular check-ins. Delivery Type Change and Ownership: assist with switching delivery types and changes of ownership as required.
