About the role

Role overview: You will be part of TVH's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the Finance department. As an FP&A Business Controller you will act as the finance business partner for your assigned functional areas, serving as the key information source for global MT members and providing financial advisory support for improvements, changes, or investments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Financial reporting and analysis: support administrative tasks (e.g., PR/PO creation, invoice processing); collaborate with accounting and HR to ensure trustworthy results (accruals, cost center allocations); prepare management reports linked to planning and control cycles; provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance; develop action plans to address performance gaps.
Budgeting & forecasting: lead the annual budgeting process with functional leaders; prepare and deliver quarterly forecasts reflecting performance and market dynamics.
Strategic support: provide financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives; participate in or lead ad-hoc projects.
Functional financial partnership: act as the primary financial contact for the assigned global function and its MT member; develop understanding of the function's strategy, operations, and drivers; build relationships with functional leaders and stakeholders.
Stakeholder communication: present financial information and analysis to the global MT and leadership team; communicate complex financial data clearly.
