Regional Sales Manager for Southern Germany. In this role you will provide technical and commercial support to customers with a focus on the Southern German market, manage customer projects and identify optimization opportunities across adhesive systems and coatings used in lamination and coating processes. You will deliver process and application engineering support, plan and follow up on production trials to introduce new products and technologies, and collaborate closely with Technical Customer Service and Product Development teams. You will prepare commercial proposals and quotations, and develop and strengthen customer relationships across all organizational levels, applying a high degree of self-organization and entrepreneurial thinking.

What makes you a good fit: A Master of Arts or Master of Science (or equivalent) with strong technical understanding and a track record in technical sales of complex, consultative products. At least five years of experience in the packaging, printing or laminating industries is advantageous. Solid knowledge of adhesive and/or coating technologies is highly desirable. You should have an independent, structured work style, willingness to travel for field sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong written and spoken English skills along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
