You will develop production-grade AI workflows, automations, and agent systems that directly impact company operations and customer experience. This on-site role is located in Redwood City, California, United States. The team values ownership and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, GTM, operations, and AI systems. We welcome exceptional new graduates (0–1 years of experience) who have demonstrated engineering ability through internships, research, personal projects, or startup experience. Responsibilities span HR & Recruiting AI systems, security & compliance automation, operational infrastructure tools, third-party integrations and platform work, and GTM engineering and growth automation.
