Overview: The American Housing Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the buildout of its new factory in Austin, Texas. As the owner’s representative, you will manage the contracted general contractor, coordinate our in-house architecture, engineering, and manufacturing teams, and drive the project from preconstruction and permitting through construction, commissioning, and handover. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, on-budget, on-schedule facility built to support full-rate production.
