The role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 plus commission per year. You will lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing all pre-owned sales operations, managing inventory, desking deals, processing transactions, and coaching staff to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
