Senior DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure for the City of New York's Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) provides site reliability engineering for current and new automation services and writes, updates, and maintains code.

- Monitor CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and application health dashboards; triage alerts, apply fixes for low/medium issues, and escalate complex incidents to Senior DevOps. - Write, update, and maintain scripts, YAML configurations, and Terraform/Ansible modules under senior guidance to support deployment and infrastructure changes. - Perform smoke testing and validation of deployments in dev/staging environments; verify that monitoring, logging, and alerts function correctly after code or config changes. - Participate in design sessions and code reviews with senior engineers; build expertise in Linux, containers, Git, IaC, and observability tools while following team standards and change control processes. - Maintain wiki pages, up-to-date runbooks, deployment guides, and troubleshooting documentation to reduce knowledge silos and support faster incident response. - Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.
