The successful candidate will coordinate the production of printed materials and related services for customers, maintaining positive relationships through all stages of manufacturing from order intake to final disposition of the product.

Responsibilities include: engaging customers to gather job requirements and translating them into detailed manufacturing and shipping instructions; proposing workflow and process improvements to maximize benefits for both customer and company; providing quality reviews to ensure information is accurate before production; entering and verifying job instructions in manufacturing systems and queuing them for production; communicating with customers on job status and coordinating changes; coordinating proofs with customers and obtaining approvals for materials such as artwork, color separations, or ink samples; coordinating production of components with internal plants and external vendors; resolving customer or manufacturing issues by engaging appropriate departments to determine root causes and recommended actions; offering pre-sales support and discussing manufacturing capabilities as needed; monitoring progress to ensure final products meet customer requirements and company standards; compiling production records and paperwork for billing; mentoring junior Print Production staff or participating in special projects.
