What you’ll do: - Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and design product experiences that genuinely solve them. - Build scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling thousands of concurrent AI phone calls per day. - Create intuitive, AI-first user experiences on the frontend. - Own high-stakes projects end-to-end—from initial concept through production launch and post-release support. - Contribute to core architectural decisions that shape the direction of the platform.

What we’re looking for: Required - 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python. - Strong PostgreSQL experience. - Proven ability to design scalable backend architectures and make meaningful product/architectural decisions. - Experience taking a product from 0 to 1—you’ve built something from the ground up. - Ability to own projects end-to-end: concept → production → post-release support. - Strong collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teammates to translate problems into solutions.
