We are an AI data and model training company building embodied intelligence for autonomous systems. This on-site role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California (San Francisco, United States). You will design, train, and deploy learning-based models for perception, motion planning, and control, and you will build perception, sensor fusion, and decision-making pipelines that enable robots to operate in real-world environments. You will integrate models with robotics software stacks (ROS/ROS2), work with camera, LiDAR, and IMU data, and develop data collection, simulation, and reinforcement learning pipelines. You will collaborate with hardware engineers to deploy models in live environments and continuously evaluate performance and robustness. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Robotics or related field (or equivalent experience), 3–8 years of hands-on ML/robotics/vision experience with production exposure, proficiency in Python and C++, experience with ROS/ROS2, experience with sensor fusion, and hands-on experience with simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, CARLA, MuJoCo, PyBullet). You should have a track record of deploying learning-based models in live robotic systems and strong collaboration skills. You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Nice to have: reinforcement/imitation learning, PyTorch/TensorFlow, real-time or embedded deployment, localization/SLAM or control systems. Salary: $220,000 – $300,000 per year, plus equity and benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
