Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and key commercial KPIs; monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators to identify opportunities to improve field productivity and execution; assess CRM performance and customer engagement metrics to enhance HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness.
