This is an on-site Manufacturing Project Manager role based in Omaha, Nebraska. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering customer projects, including bid management, schedule creation and management, contract review, and resource planning. Responsibilities include contract review and negotiation with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Market Development Managers; contract management throughout the project; providing updates on schedule and budget to the PMO and executive leadership; analyzing variances between progress and baselines; preparing and delivering formal project documentation in coordination with Engineering and other departments; organizing project documentation according to PMO standards; visiting customers for negotiations, kickoff meetings, status updates, and project closeout; scheduling and leading meetings to review status and upcoming work; creating and implementing new project management processes; coordinating with Engineering on internal projects; bid management including bid schedules, review meetings, and approvals. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years of manufacturing project management experience; PMP certification is not required but would differentiate candidates; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to on-time and profitable completion; ability to work autonomously; experience in reviewing and modifying contractual terms; ability to understand technical requirements; advanced knowledge of project management software, preferably MS Project.
