About the role
Are you someone who enjoys structured work and is an all-rounder when it comes to HR topics? In this role you will maintain an overview in both day-to-day operations and strategic matters. You will support our consultants, leaders, and the management team and independently handle all HR-related topics for our 55 employees.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Independently steer and further develop the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to personnel administration and offboarding
- Serve as a point of contact and sparring partner for leaders and advise the executive team on HR-related topics
- Create, review, and manage HR-relevant documents in compliance with labor-law requirements and execute the daily HR operations
- Manage and coordinate the recruiting process and conduct interviews
- Continuously develop and optimize our HR processes, structure, and simplify procedures
- Provide support for the Vienna location in HR-related aspects
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, e.g., HR Generalist or HR Operations, ideally in an agency
- Digital affinity and experience with HRIS (e.g., Personio)
- High accuracy, discretion, and a responsible handling of confidential information and data
- Proactive work style and enjoyment in actively shaping processes
- Fluent German (written and spoken, at least C1)
- Flexibility and self-organization in work
- Flexible working hours with our flexitime system
- The possibility to work remotely
