Project Manager: The Project Manager drives operational initiatives across the facility by leading projects that improve safety, efficiency, reliability, and workflow execution. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts, ensuring operational projects are well-defined, resourced, and completed on time. The Project Manager partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and other stakeholders to translate plant needs into actionable project plans, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include: leading projects from planning through completion with defined objectives, timelines, and deliverables; developing project scopes, schedules, and resource plans; coordinating tasks and responsibilities across Operations, Maintenance, Safety and other groups; monitoring progress, identifying risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions; facilitating regular project updates and reporting to leadership; assessing operational challenges and gathering input to determine requirements; planning shutdowns, equipment changes, or procedural updates; documenting work plans, process changes, workflows, and training materials; coordinating with supply chain to ensure timely materials and services; supporting testing, validation, and deployment of new or revised processes; ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements; identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall performance; and performing related duties as assigned.
