Vinted is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer for the Marketplace Payments domain. This hybrid role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania (relocation support available). You will own the critical lifecycle of a user’s payment journey, architect secure and reliable payment systems across multiple PSPs, and lead KYC/KYB and regulatory compliance. You’ll guide a team of 5–8 engineers, collaborate with product managers, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment that embraces experimentation.
