We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a data-driven content strategy for our new brand direction, driving growth on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You will have the freedom to test new formats, lead our cross-functional team—including Community Management, a video agency, and designers—and turn bold ideas into fast, reliable results.

Responsibilities

Your goals: In the first 3 months: After 12 months:

Social media ownership: oversee TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, test formats, and optimize for growth.
Growth & analytics: analyze content, identify patterns, and strategically drive views and followers.
Pulse of the community: stay close to our audience, respond quickly to trends, and build relationships with humor and an authentic tone.
Creator relations: scout suitable faces, and manage agencies and partners.
Strategic setup: evaluate our current setup and develop the new, future-ready content strategy.
Testing & validation: test new content approaches and establish a clear evaluation system for success.
Structure & tracking: establish a comprehensive tracking and optimization setup to drive content data-based from day one.
Managing partners: take over coordination of the community manager, video agency, and designer.
Growth: generate initial visible growth impulses across our core channels.
Scaling: develop our channels from 350k to 500k+ followers with a stable, repeatable growth system based on the new brand direction.
