Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Solution Design: design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains, including business processes, organizational structures, eligibility rules, and calculated fields. Define configuration design patterns to promote reuse, scalability, and maintainability across the platform.
Platform Ownership & Operations: act as platform owner for assigned Workday domains (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent); maintain platform reliability, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with integrations, data, security teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end platform solutions.
Data & Reporting Solutions: design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports); develop calculated fields and data structures; ensure accuracy and consistenc
