We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead onboarding, HR administration, recruitment, and people development in Mannheim, Germany. You will design and manage the onboarding of new employees, act as the main point of contact for all HR-related questions, and monitor HR metrics. You will regularly report to our People & Culture Manager on recruitment progress and other HR topics. The role includes supporting training initiatives, guiding feedback and development conversations, and handling contracts, personnel files, and labor-law deadlines. You will prepare terminations and conduct separation discussions with respect, issue employment references, and ensure accurate, timely HR administration. You will advise leaders on HR-related matters and assist with workforce planning and decisions. You will work closely with external partners (e.g., payroll providers, tax consultants, lawyers) to ensure smooth processes. You will continuously develop HR processes and policies and ensure practical implementation in daily operations. You will identify and attract suitable talent through various channels (notably active sourcing on LinkedIn), guide candidates through the full recruitment process, and manage applicant tracking in Personio. You will build our talent pool, advance our sourcing strategy, and prepare recruiting decisions—final decisions and culture fit in collaboration with our People & Culture Manager.
