Assignment: Talent Acquisition Partner/Head Hunter specializing in Fintech, AI, and SaaS

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter/Head Hunter to join our Stockholm team and support one or two of our partners’ most exciting, confidential clients. The engagement involves stepping into and supporting scale-up environments, with a probable start in August.

Two opportunities: - A B2B fintech platform helping European SaaS companies scale with revenue-based growth financing and global payment solutions, delivering a strong scale-up feel without giving up ownership to grow. - A consumer-focused product company behind a highly acclaimed app for personal finance used by millions worldwide, helping people manage budgets, cut unnecessary subscriptions, and share finances in everyday life.

Who we’re looking for: You have a strong grasp of the tech scene and love chasing hard-to-find top-tier talent. You have a background as a headhunter, TA consultant, or have worked inside scale-up environments, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or consumer apps (B2C), and you know how product and company culture influence who will thrive and deliver.
