You will implement and support improvements that increase efficiency, enhance software quality, and accelerate delivery. The role combines development, DevOps, and support, with an on-call rotation. You will collaborate with Development, QA, IT Operations, Information Security, and User Experience teams to apply DevOps best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience with DevOps tooling, containerisation and Kubernetes
Communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Act as a business SME and translate needs into efficient DevOps processes
Stakeholder management: negotiate and influence to ensure the service runs effectively
Support platforms and products in the UK and contribute to a unified DevOps approach
2+ years in a similar role
Curiosity to explore new technologies
Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
Practical experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
Java experience
Experience with multiple ecosystem databases, architecture, and integration
Experience with monitoring tools for reliability and performance
Kubernetes & Helm: container orchestration and package management
Experience with AWS Cloud
CI/CD: setting up and maintaining pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
Database management: schema change management (Liquibase)
GitOps: understanding GitOps principles
Core principles: automation, proactive monitoring,
