We are seeking a Senior DevOps Architect to drive strategic modernization initiatives and continuous improvement of the software lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead the definition and implementation of DevOps best practices, promoting automation, quality, and delivery efficiency. Responsibilities include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, defining standards and best practices for DevOps across development and operations, automating build, deployment and environment provisioning, driving the adoption of DevOps and DevSecOps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve delivery reliability, and providing architectural vision across the entire software lifecycle. Essential requirements include substantial experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Groovy; experience with Git Flow models including release management, tagging, and independent deployments; ability to operate in complex, regulated corporate environments; and a strong focus on quality, automation, and continuous improvement. Technical stack includes Jenkins, Groovy, Git (Gitea or similar), Maven, Nexus, Java, Jakarta EE, LDAP. We offer a permanent contract with a remote-friendly model and optional in-office work at the employee's discretion; flexible hours; holidays: 22 days plus 2 discretionary days, plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off; indefinite contract from day one with the option of 12 or 14 paymen
