Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve high conversion rates and profitability.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Test new ideas using insights from campaign data and proactively optimize media buys using KPIs.
Ensure KPIs and objectives are met in the near and long term.
Achieve target cost-per-acquisition goals.
Contribute to AI-driven creative development for managed sources and client projects.
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements

5+ years in digital performance marketing with focus on media buying; 3+ years in paid advertising.
Strong experience with Facebook and Google as primary tools; experience in lead generation.
Proven track record managing high-volume campaigns, large
